Originally I was a drummer who played guitar but back in April 2006 I was influenced to take guitar to a higher level then just playing power chords. I first picked up the guitar in the year 2000 when I was 16. All I wanted to do was play power chords so I could show my friends in bands song ideas and learn some GreenDay tunes! As much as I loved to play drums, I could not find a band that worked. Being without a band led me to play guitar since playing drums can get boring by yourself.
