Chris Frost was born in Greenwich, London in 1977. He first picked up the Guitar when he entered Secondary School in 1989, and never put it down again. Only having tuition for 18 months, Chris is practically entirely self-taught for the past 20 years.

Chris is now the songwriter and Lead Guitarist for his band Splintered Soul, as well as a full-time Guitar Teacher for his own company Musicality.

Chris has also composed music for Film, TV and Computer Games over the years.
