Our “Big Cat” Ginjineko was born on March 30th 1975 in Japan. He started playing the guitar when he was 12 years old, which makes his guitar life more than 20 years.

His first Hard Rock/Heavy Metal experience was when he was in 6th grade. One of his close relatives recommended Whitesnake’s album “WHITESNAKE (SERPENS ALBUS) “ to him and he was shocked by the guitar play of John Sykes. When he started playing the guitar himself after entering the seventh grade, he was instantly got hooked, playing up to 10 hours a day.

In high school, one of his old friends invited him to join his hardcore band as a bass player. He accepted it and made the debut at a local live house. He was with the band for about a year and a half, before leaving it for some personal reasons.

After enrolled in college, he joined the music club as an electric guitar player.
He performed in so many bands. He says it’s the source of his precious experience and still treasures the memory of the live performance his band did at a juvenile corrective facility.

In his second year of college, he formed a band with his friends from the club and started playing original tunes. This would turn out to be the foundation of his long-lasted musical career.

He withdrew from college in the 4th year to concentrate on his music.
His professional musical debute started with the performances at live houses in Western Japan (Kobe Star Club, Esaka Boomin Hall, Kyoto Boomin Hall etc.).

Back then, he was playing in a number of bands at the same time and one of them received an offer from one of the biggest record companies in Tokyo… which unfortunately didn’t realize due to some inopportune circumstances.

He continued performing till he turned 28. He’s married now and run a web-related business, but on his off time, he still plays the guitar at home with DTM etc.

...And just how he shakes our soul with that Les Paul?
We already know.
