Great tone and phrasing are what I get off on!!! I was featured in Guitar World’s Hometown Heroes and I am currently teaching guitar in Canton, Ohio as well as recording a new CD of instrumental guitar music that I hope will fuse my love of the many styles of rock and fusion guitar, as well as all the other music I enjoy. I started playing at 10 years old and really became serious after hearing Eddie Van Halen. He is still one of my favorite players. Yngwie and Holdsworth were huge influences a little later on. After those three I am influenced by a large and wide variety of players and music, including Greg Howe, Lynch, Gilbert, Stern, Shawn Lane, Scott Henderson, Jeff Beck, early Clapton, Vinnie Moore and Tony Macalpine, as well a lot of jazz and classical music.
